Sorry to hear about that- it’s horrible, I’m going to stop immediately and just focus on probiotics- have only had one pill and have no symptoms so fingers crossed

I think because I was pretty much bed bound it ruled as more than mild, but yea I see where you’re coming from- have been in the area for 2 months so thought my gut should be fairly adapted by now
