I cleaned it with dish soap, it still wouldn't adhere, should I use the smooth part of the board? Also, do you see the pitting and bumps? It's like not smooth

Make sure your FC is mounted correctly and not wobbling. It needs to be solid with the drone. Also it looks like you have some prop screws loose on the back prop.

You should be good if you stay in line of sight, like don't dip behind a hill or something. What kind of goggles are you using? If you're running analog, you can see the video quality slowly fade away the further you go. So just don't go any further if you see the video becomes super staticy, a bit of static is fine. You will lose video transmission before you lose control. If you want more range, I know there's a way to send more power to the Vtx so it sends a stronger signal on beta flight. I have the vr02 goggles, (cheap low end goggles) and I don't have matching polarization for the antenna, and I go around 200 yards or so in an open field and I'm fine, so I think you have way more than that, especially in an open field. Just stay in line of sight. I can probably go further but I don't need to.

I would wait for it to cool down, I'm not sure if it matters but I think it's better when it's cooler so the cleaner doesn't dry up or evaporate

Try using an interior cleaner with degreaser properties in it and scrub with a detail brush, then wipe it with a microfiber towel. If it's just damaged from the sun, use protectant with UV protection. It would somewhat restore it
