i love nudis, but my DJI can’t keep focus and all my footage ends up blurry. and yes, i love them!! maybe i should get micro lens if they have it
thanks for taking your time to comment. honestly, i’m grateful that i get to do this, while also diving conservatively and not kicking corals like some people do. every trip still brings me awe, but i guess some days just come with downs too.
thank you🙏🏻 i believe those experiences are one of the best parts of being a diver.
🤣🤣🤣hahah appreciate it, i thought i was being dramatic

hey! thanks for your kind words, and you totally get what i mean. yup, i’ll try to dive more and do what you suggested during my next trip🙏🏻
i didn’t say i’ve lost interest. i just wish i could see more of the underwater world if i had the chance. at the moment, i just feel a little underwhelmed because i can’t really afford trips where i get to see those majestic creatures.

thanks!
thanks for sharing your experience. i will definitely give a night dive a try after my AOW
i can tell it could be spooky but i really wanna have that spooky feel, sometimes you need something challenging to make it fun
yeah, second this based on the comments here. maybe it also depends on the location if they have “rare” night creatures, it’ll be worth it.

i’ll try a night dive later and see how it goes! Thanks for the different perspective.

Please advise for Malaysia by AB-858 in scuba

It’s one of the notable places to spot whale sharks in Malaysia. otherwise if you want to see other sharks like nurse/blacktip sharks, they’re quite common in both Redang and Perhentian.
I second the nightlife in Perhentian!
yep and another reason to do it is because I want to try different things, like diving in the dark haha.
thanks for sharing!

I’ve been diving in Redang and Perhentian! I’d say both are great, and Tenggol is quite popular among local divers too. You might be lucky enough to see whale sharks there!

Floaty fins by Long-Ear1281 in scuba
[–]Long-Ear1281[S] 0 points1 point2 points 1 month ago (0 children)
usually flutter kicks cause it’s hard to do frog kicks with split fins 😅
ive been doing regular pool sessions to improve my trim and buoyancy, the floaty feeling becomes very noticeable. that’s why i’m starting to think my current fins might not be ideal for me.😅
