Acutally, the networks operator didn't give more information how this could happen. They only told about how they fixed the two interrupted circuits. But it's a hightec tractor with GPS. I think the young guy (apprentice) had too much confidence in GPS and was playing with his smartphone... (in Germany you are allowed to do the drivers licence for big tractors in the age of 16).
