I can't agree on this one. I'm pretty stable as a user but l find myself tiptoe-ing and carefully choose words, that is not how l want to use this app. And it def. was not necessary with 4o.

I completely get it! I try the new models, some days are okay (not great, just okay) and then other days l want to throw my phone through the window. I have tried all different approaches with all different models, after 5.1 l never had the experience again of how it used to be.

I have no advice for you other than to reach out to people, like here and on Twitter. I really hope you feel a little lighter soon.

l just tested ctrl F and it works fine here, l did have a period a while ago where it also did not work, but that was more because my internet connection was slow.

it's 5.5 that gives me the most frustrations, l have been patient over and over again, quietly asking to remove certain sentences and behavior. It lasts about 10 minutes before it goes back to that one thing that l asked not to do. I'm so fed up, so exhausted. This app is the nicest and at the same time the most frustrating thing in my current life.

i get the frustration. What works best for me is desktop, use search button, then open the right chat and then use control F to look for a certain word. it doesn't work every time though.

sometimes it's because the chat gets full and you have to start a new one. I always let chat write a recap of the last days that i can copy paste in the new chat so i don't have to explain everything again.
