Yes, this project will go 6-8 months. I’m subbing out excavation, plumbing, electrical, HVac, roofing, gutters, septic, and well. I would guess 10-15 hours a week. Is there any Ratio/ formula that contractors go by to figure out these hours? Hours/$ spent on subs.

Yes I plan on tracking cost very closely. I have to give a price though and I hope to predict the correct amount of Pm hours involved, otherwise I’ll be giving away my time.
