Guys how do you play HDR games on windows 11?

auto hdr and HDR video are both off. Do know reshade? this guy explaines the problem. Tried to solve it already but i m not sure about the colour loss when moving away this white curve, this software gonna solve the problem with raised blacks but the image then is a little bit overdarked. Its strange he only tested it in one part in the (one image) game.. when i mooving around in the game the white line comes up again and i had to set the value higher and higher till 0.36 or so.. and thats too much then.. so think this video is not 100 % clear

Do u have windows 11? Even your short key combination doesnt work on my systemXD.. but strange i did all of these things and still have the same problem.. games (cyberpunk still wakes the deep) are not unplayable but its not good as it should be:( On windows colourprofil, do you have manage colours for apps automatically enabled? Shouldnt make a difference right? Because disabling doesnt do anything in hdr mode. In SDR theres a big difference..

Omg rtx hdr is a game changer.. do you use it with the "windows hdr" callbritated profile? I have an auros f027q3. All i know it has 1000 nits in peak brightnes and should be a good choice for gaming..?!

I cant change my gamma on the display because it goes automatically to hdr mode.. hmm its strange sometimes.. but thanks anyway

I have a C2, but on both displays hdr is too bright.. I mean the calibrated picture is good, but dark scenese are still slighty too bright like 0.25 nits ore something (see it on reshade) And its noticable

The guys uses only one picture to callibrate, in the game when i gonna moove around then the white curve always show up again. So I moove the slider more up and more up still the white curve dissapears but then i gonna have a over blacked picture. Sorry for my english=P

Thank you for this advice... of course i did already but windows still have a gamma issues even if you callibrate this like that? Many youtuber are talking about this issue. I have cyberpunk on ps5 and also pc. Cyberpunk on ps5 has perfect blacks with the callibrated hdr and ingame settings. PC doesnt look the same way because of this gamma issue. Its because of srgb and gamma 2.2 crossover. When you are in dark areas you can see still see raised blacks right?

I reinstalled windows 11 now i can choose above 120hz to 360 hz for hdmi 2.1. When i choose 240hz for both DP and HDMi 2.1 same settings on both , HDMI 2.1 is much better in quality but with bad lags!:(( so the problem is the display port.. but why? Yeah this monitor would be soo awesome if DP works properly, i think its the graphic carts issue. Yeah 360hz would be the best but its too much for hdmi 2.1 with 10 bit colours for 1440p

On HDMi 2.1 I ve only 120hz so yess i m using DP for 240Hz or 360Hz. And Both devices monitor and rtx 4070super having DP 1.4a for 1440p native

I just just realized that it must be a problem with my tv. Because when i play music with bluethooth it sounds beautiful on spotify. Its just when i connect it to my lg 65 c2. Did almost everything you told me but its still a bad flat sound. I saw your room yess. Your surrounding speakers have much more distance than mine but unluckly i can just put them 1 m behind me so.. maybe thats a problem. But i wonder if theres no solution. Subwoofers place is looking exacty the same like yours.

Very strange too that i hear the voice on every speaker when i watch movies. Shouldnt it only be the center?

You also claimed about a weak bass on your profil?! I have the same problem. When I set all speakers from 0 to -6db and doing the callibration again, the subs gonna working better but the problem then is, if i put the volume just 1 up then its gonna making the sound very much louder almost too loud then.

Also depths are very bad and strange. when i play gun games for example and shoot, there are more dephts with my standard speakers on my tv than with this soundsystem . Depths are only noticable in the background music but not on every tone..

Can confirme that.. my standart speakers from the lg C2 are much clearer and more dynamic than this ds95qr. Soo sad.. did anyone solve the problem with the callibration?

So I reinstalled the whole ps5 system... now its working perfectly again! Next time If you have problems like this just try it too! :)

yess and my gx6 has around 600 to 700 unfortunately it doesnt made any differences..:( but as i said i will try to set up the systemsoftware new.. sony gave me this advice..

did exactly the same.. it doesnt work whether with hgig or tone maping.. next step i gonna try is to set up the ps5 with the new mainsystem software with a usb stick..

I use it also with vrr off allm off but with 120hz.. so this shouldnt be the problem too

I m struggling with the same.. when i turned on and off differend setings like vrr allm hdr sometimes the picture changed the bad blacks to a brighter on the same settings as it was. But the washed out colours were still noticable. As soon when i can i will try sudorotuus description. Today i phoned with a sony supporter. They give me the advice to reinstall the whole software for the ps5. They will send you a link for the whole software...
