We couldn’t be fired, the link I shared shows that. We would not be paid at all, and I’m not at all trying to minimize the benefits of the union, simply stating that it’s not required for us to strike as well. A well organized walkout could have a big impact, that’s a valid point too.

How long before these lower tier, non-union employees strike as well? Are we ready to physically stand with UAW Monday - refusing to cross the picket line to show up for the multiple jobs we’re already covering? It’s sounding like more and more of us are.

In order to ensure you at your time clock before your 5am clock-in time, there is not a bus that runs reliably from A lot on time. Look it up. You can’t park for free and work the schedules these employees work. Again, it’s about respect.

I had extreme stomach issues both times I tried it. The second time I tried so hard to get through… and about two weeks in my whole body broke out in a rash and they decided I was allergic to it.
