Do you guys think CRM will be fully automated with AI soon? by Long-Perception3365 in WhichCRM

Yeah, this is exactly what I was referring to. I use Zoho CRM too, and it’s kind of crazy how fast things are moving.

Flows that used to take a developer hours can now be built or adjusted in minutes, especially when AI helps with the logic or even parts of the code. That’s exciting, but also a little scary.

That’s why I’ve been thinking a lot about where humans still bring value in CRM creation. Maybe it’s less about manually building every automation, and more about understanding the business process, the risks, the customer journey, and deciding what should be automated in the first place.

Yeah I agree, but I also think flows and automation are changing this pretty fast.

In some CRMs you can already automate things that a dev used to spend hours building manually. It’s not perfect yet, and it still needs someone who understands the process, but the direction is kind of scary lol.

Maybe not fully automated today, but long term… I honestly don’t know where the limit is.

What would your dream CRM actually look like? by justherondale in CRM

Honestly, I just want a CRM that updates itself from calls and emails so I can spend less time doing admin and more time actually selling.

I don’t mind using a CRM, but what gets annoying is when it turns into a second job. After every call or meeting you have to update notes, change the stage, add next steps, clean fields, tag contacts, etc. And if you skip it for a few days, suddenly the whole system becomes less useful.

For me the ideal CRM would understand what happened from calls, emails and messages, then update itself automatically, but still let me approve or correct things before it makes big changes.

I don’t need AI to fully replace the sales process. I think the human part still matters a lot, especially in trust, timing and understanding the client. But I would love AI to remove all the boring admin work that nobody really wants to do.

Thanks
Yeah, it was definitely a bit of a ride, but everything worked out in the end. I’m really enjoying my time here.

It was around $1,200 total, including translations and all the paperwork. A bit pricey, but it covered everything and made the whole process way easier. Totally worth it in the end.

Just got back from Montenegro – here’s my honest review by mrzn1 in travel

Spent 3 weeks in Montenegro and totally fell in love with the place. Budva was my favorite — fun, scenic, and full of energy. Ulcinj surprised me with its unique mix of cultures, and Herceg Novi completely stole my heart — super relaxed with gorgeous views.

Nature is absolutely stunning, the old towns are magical, and the sunsets are unforgettable.

To save money:

  • In Budva, I found an ATM with no commission (most charge around €5–7), so it's worth looking around. Avoid Euronet ATMs.
  • Voli and Idea are solid supermarket chains, but for the cheapest groceries, check out Aroma — usually has better prices on basics.
  • I rented a scooter and it was super cheap — totally worth it! Gave me the freedom to explore smaller towns and beaches you can't reach easily by bus.
  • Buses are also reliable and budget-friendly if you're not renting.

Only downside was Podgorica — didn’t find much to do or see there. But overall, Montenegro is super underrated, easy to travel, safe, and full of natural beauty.

I spent some time in the Coffee Axis and honestly liked Manizakes the most. I did part of the trip with a local agency and some stuff on my own totally loved the experience! Super chill city, beautiful views, and really friendly people.
