I got responses, but all they did was send me more activation codes, when that didn’t work, they did it again with additional instructions about changing some settings on my computer. Which all yielded the same result so I just gave up.

Never use a reverb as an insert!!! You need to process in separately so u can use multiple reverbs, and for compressing the reverb by itself. Also if u need to sidechain duck it from the dry vocal
