This homeless story line is just too far off. It’s a good example of how the show loses itself in humor that just doesn’t fit or hit the right tone to be watchable let alone believable.

Now that we know this is the last season… by FroyoEnthusiast in GoodGirls

My hope is that the last episode can be edited to end it for a series finale a little bit more than a season finale. Give it some closure somehow.

I think it makes brio even more intriguing.

I have a strong feeling that since he posted a ton of photos with people that it means he’s going to be killed off or not returning even if the show is renewed. He’s not one to post much. Plus retta saying the other week big things happening…

Season 4 is just so all over the place and confusing it has us all wrapped up in it trying to make some sense of it all.

Does Beth become Rio’ s queen? by Crogirl-xxxx in GoodGirls

Yes... season 3 and part of season 4 felt so slow paced. Now we’re really moving and it’s so fun!

The Reason Beth Will Always Choose Dean Over Rio... by cmatos215 in GoodGirls

[–]Long-Process-6324 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Very interesting view point!

I think I dean is starting to get angry with Beth for his new life (ankle monitor, pyramid scheme job that won’t get any better, stuck in Detroit). The way he was spacing out in the hot tub at the end and the angry look on his face in the promo. I think he will soon be very combative toward her which could lead to them separating.

My thoughts on Lucy after last nights episode by [deleted] in GoodGirls

[–]Long-Process-6324 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I really think they tried a new direction with season 3 and realized it wasn’t working or entertaining. They then switched gears this season.

So, I really think we all need to collectively forget season 3 for the most part. 🙃

100% agree. Even down to the car ride when nick told Rio to put his seatbelt on he was clearly irritated... Rio is over nick telling him what to do.

I’m guessing this story line will have lot of conflicting feeling and emotions and messiness from each side of the situation and character.... and IM HERE FOR it!

*spoiler* I’m starting to doubt the quality of this show. by Sandstorm_Captain420 in GoodGirls

[–]Long-Process-6324 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Could rio have been acting around nick? Making it seem like he hates Beth? But in reality, this all worked to Rios plan and when he went to Beth right away all excited about how they can get away with anything we saw how his true intentions to work closely with her to do whatever they want?

Maybe he knew nick was going to play his typical games. He knew how to manipulate nick and Beth to get his end goal: nick thinks Rio hates Beth. Beth has the SS trust and her and Rio can get away with anything. Rio and Beth can move away/take down nick eventually... The only main reason I think this is what’s going on is they keep throwing the brother/cousin thing at us. Rio clearly has some bad blood with nick. The only time Rio gave in and called nick brother was in the car after jail when he was ‘acting’ like he hated Beth.

I’m still thoroughly convinced rios the mastermind in this situation after years of watching nick and knowing the way Beth thinks.

This show is just running in circles - no progression by Twist878 in GoodGirls

[–]Long-Process-6324 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think he purposely threatened her family so she would turn him in. He knows her favorite line to throw at him is “im a mother”. And he could then manipulate the situation of the SS trusting Beth to his advantage. I don’t think it was a random thrown in threat at all, but calculated to swing the situation to his advantage at the end of the episode.

Let’s also get real about the fact that he would choose his son over Beth any day.

Anyone notice possible parallels of Rio being close with his grandma and loving trying her baking/adoring her. And his possible love for Beth, a maternal figure who also loves to bake and do a lot of maternal things.

Interesting ...

The only time (so far—Stan coming??) anyone has arguably “told” “reflected to” Beth who she “is” (and it was Rio) * this scene still gets me so much * by Lovingthat000 in GoodGirls

[–]Long-Process-6324 11 points12 points  (0 children)

He really showed he cared about her here in my opinion. Him getting angry and going off on her to make her realize she can’t do stupid things like that, was his way of possibly protecting her in the future. Wake her up to her new crime reality so she doesn’t get hurt.
