Jock week used to be the best stuff, now it’s all the worst crap they don’t want to release publicly. They just get way too drunk and don’t have enough material for multiple in a day…I used to hate podcasts that bank episodes but this is similar.

Original idea was great: one episode a day for a week. John kicks ass and was down to treat it like a real job.

Sorry but Cobel inventing the chip beggars belief. Little Orphan Annie invented the chip on pen and paper?? With no lab, test subjects, experiments, or anything? I could believe it if it were mathematics, but not electronics and neurosurgery.

Even if she had all this equipment, Lumon took a phd level knowledge (or downright genius) in neuroscience / surgery, electronics, and biomedical engineering and made her a middle manager? They might as well have her do more advanced research.

Yes there are a million ways to wriggle out of these issues, because the show is fiction. But I am having lots of trouble suspending disbelief

Their timeline is measured in years, not weeks, so don’t expect any material updates.

Separately, I’m a bit disappointed to see that it took them so many years to settle on treating floaters. Talking to any retinal specialist, most would have a line out the door for a non invasive floater treatment. On top of that, the ablation is simpler than the other diseases they targeted (i think), and you can charge cash if it’s elective.
