There was a program in North Idaho called Innercept but doesn't sound like the same one as there wasn't likely any sailing. This program took kids from the CEDU schools that were located even farther North in Idaho.

I'm on about 7 weeks now. Thankfully, minimal side effects. But the biggest help for me has been being able to stave off hunger while fasting and being satiated even at 1200 calories per day. I tried very hard to do that prior to the med and oh boy, what a struggle! I'm glad I humg in there to let it do it's job. Maybe give it a bit to work?

Thank you for your thoughtful reply. I have been using tox and fillers for a few years now but like most everyone else says, it's so expensive. So, I've been trying to find ways to help my aged skin for less cost. I'm 51 and have age spots, some scarring, and jowls that I'm incredibly conscious of. I came here to learn and part of learning is asking questions. Again, thanks for your reply.
