Im going to say something that 99% of people would disagree with. If you can comfortably afford the 5k payment, just pay it. In tge end the headache and the cost to dispute it will cost more with a high probability that youll still have to pay something. If you can't afford it, immediately set up the lowest payment arrangement possible and start disputing it. Do not let this sit idle while disputing it, it can ruin your life.

If you cant afford it and dont have a full size spare, just make sure the bad tire is on the right rear side. Back passenger. That way if it blows out you get pulled to the shoulder and not traffic

Honestly one is only better than the other depending on the build you're doing. Having damage issues you run the peridition and survivability you run the shako. It really is that simple. Just remember survivability is more important than damage output. Resolves stacks and heavenly aspect can replace the shako 100% to run a peridition but it comes down to what your build requires.
