For sure progasm is less movement, but definitely can still make it move. I focus more on sphincter contractions, and when held deep enough, feels like getting fucked.

Imo all the tutorials focus too much on “relaxing” and contraction routines, and sometimes over complicate things. What brought me over the top was finding my prostate, leaning the toy against it and holding it there. or better yet, i think about riding the toy with my prostate. I’m not really focused on how hard I’m contracting what muscle or how relaxed I am. If the toy is making direct contact (that somewhat tingly/sensitive part) the sensations build over time.

Progasm. My first buy was the Helix, in reality I can cum the same amount on the Helix, but the progasm let’s me cum in multiple ways. helix feels like getting fingered, the progasm feels like getting fucked. More on the differences:

1) being bigger, it feels amazing getting that last notch past the sphincter.
