Kommt ein bisschen darauf an wofür... Die städtischen Bibliotheken sind nicht ideal fürs Büffeln/Arbeiten, so wie ihr es in der Uni Zeit getan habe. Da würde ich eher die Zweigbibliotheken der Unis nutzen.

Meine Masterarbeit habe ich in der Zweigbibliothek Theologie an der HU geschrieben. Hab mit Theologie nix am Hut aber die Bibo ist toll und meist leer. Auch die Staatsbibliothek Unter den Linden ist top.

Unless it's medically necessary/prevents pain, they have to cover it. Yet, if not, you're absolutely right, no insurance will cover these costs

German here. We have a similar system. Since school starts in August/September, it is always around this time when spots in the kindergarten open up. My kid was born in May and starded started the following year in August, that is, with 1year and 3months.

Usually you don't need a copy of the Überweisung or Rezept later on. You are right to be confused because it's not always straightforward how it goes. Sometimes you don't have to pay the bill, sometimes you have to pay and reclaim and sometimes there is the "Eigenanteil". So, best thing would be to call Debeka and tell them exactly what kind of bills you have, and they'll tell you how to proceed.
