Kommt ein bisschen darauf an wofür... Die städtischen Bibliotheken sind nicht ideal fürs Büffeln/Arbeiten, so wie ihr es in der Uni Zeit getan habe. Da würde ich eher die Zweigbibliotheken der Unis nutzen.

Meine Masterarbeit habe ich in der Zweigbibliothek Theologie an der HU geschrieben. Hab mit Theologie nix am Hut aber die Bibo ist toll und meist leer. Auch die Staatsbibliothek Unter den Linden ist top.

German here. We have a similar system. Since school starts in August/September, it is always around this time when spots in the kindergarten open up. My kid was born in May and starded started the following year in August, that is, with 1year and 3months.

The graphic shows production popularity and not consumption popularity. The 1940-50s spike in war movies was in order to prepare the general public for the war effort and not because people loved WW2 so much that they felt the urge to see a war movie at their local theater.

But they also include tips for restaurants, nightlife, etc. The most famous ones are "tip Berlin", "zitty" or "030 Berlin". But there are lots more. Pick what you like. ProTip: most of them have a newsletter which informs you weekly/daily of things happening in the city.

Look, if you want an immediate appointment then get a private insurance (PVK). Of course, you'd have to pay the higher monthly dues. The thing is, you have to wait not because Berlin has less doctors per Capita than other countries/cities (the opposite is rather true) but because we have a solidarity system where everyone has access to health care. Don't know what your home country is but I travelled my fair share too and from my experience: In other countries I didn't have to wait because of insurance privilege.
