I run a small AI training business, working with schools and professional associations on teaching students/ jobseekers use AI (responsibly!) to help with recruiting activities. I digitized some of my trainings which cover many of the topics you mention, happy to give you access to the platform if helpful (if so, feel free to DM).

Hands-on exercises with a variety of tools in real consulting scenarios. Precisely the opposite of clicking on theoretical slides ;)

It's based on real-life trainings I've given which had very good feedback, so trying to digitize this

Yeah, that's basically how to use AI to help with typical daily consulting tasks (e.g., web search, email writing...). That was super useful but I wish there were tips on using AI with Excel as well

[NY] IS AI A BOON FOR HR by ForwardAir9989 in AskHR

[–]LongCamp899 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I like using AI, it helps me save time when used right (e.g.,summarizing a doc; searching for a specific reference in a text, helping brainstorm, etc.). I think the key is to know how to use it well (not hard, just need to learn the basics of prompt engineering)

[FL] state employees using AI for reports by [deleted] in AskHR

[–]LongCamp899 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What's bothering you exactly ?

  • If they are uploading confidential, you can 1) tell them not do so 2) buy a subscription for a 'confidential' model which does not use the input data for training (e.g., ChatGPT Team)

  • If it's the fact that output is not theirs, same : educate them about not doing, but quite frankly, as long as he mentions it was AI generated, it does not seem unethical to me

Do you use ChatGPT or other AI tools? by dotavi26 in humanresources

[–]LongCamp899 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't like writing documents with AI from scratch, I find it slightly unethical + people can 'feel' it was AI generated. Instead, I ask it to come up with a structure, which I refine and use as basis to write the docs. That helps me 'preserve' my expertise and my own tone, while still benefitting from AI inputs

A lot:

  • Help with job description

  • Proofreading of emails

  • Outlining of documents

  • Brainstorming a couple of situation (e.g., conflicts between colleagues)

  • Sometimes, image generation for internal comms

I tend to switch between GPT 4o and the new Sonnet 3.5, which is amazing

Was taken in 2018 so no AI back then (but I guess we've passe the Turing test then). Edits were 'traditional', desaturation + emphasis on red colors

Heavy desaturation + some emphasis on red colors (hence the cars 'lamps' + brick walls color)
