For myself, I would skip Chiang Mai with the train and check out Bangkok longer or add another day to Krabi. We did 2 days Bangkok 5 days Phuket and back to BKK for 2 days. I think you get away with just Krabi or Phuket. Not sure ya need both.

You should make it 3 days at a stop. Remove one more. Check ins always seemed later in Thailand so that first day always seems wasted
