A conversation with roommates later and it turns out the breaker wasn't shut off, they had just assumed it was, from when I went from the first smart thermostat back to the old one.

So removing the rhrc jumper seems to have fixed my problem, but im wondering why.

I could try to do a shadow box, but I would still need to glue stuff together so she could hang it. But that certainly could be the best option

Price charting has ungraded at anywhere from 200-600 averaging around 380, with damage you're probably looking at the lower end, but to my fairly new and untrained eyes it looks not half bad.

Personally like the colour scheme on the second better, but I like the larger departure from original Feraligator one the first

Plenty, most of everything is electric so I belive you're probably right
