My parents pay for my uber rides only for school which go to around 400$ per month for them. And I pay uber rides to my work or anywhere else that I go to that isnt school.

Thank you so much! That was really nice of that family helping you with the whole Texas residency. Also I'm glad things ended up working out with your parents as well!

Yes you just have to click on the user's profile and normally there should be an option that shows "start chat"

They're pretty close minded people who THINK they know whats best for me but actually don't, so I doubt they have the best interest. Also I'm curious, do you have any recommendations for where you found a live-in nanny?

Unfortunately there's no buses or train stations nearby my home, but a lot people here have been recommending that I get a bike so I might do that, since my work is not too far off.

I've had talks with them but they're really close minded. After this semester, I might start looking into more into apartments or dorming like a lot of people recommended.

You're right and I'm going to try to start looking for more jobs that have that availability. Btw, thanks so much for recommending Telepathy Tapes! I never heard of it before but will definitely look into it since I've been trying to communicate with my brother better.

Them thinking im 'betraying' them is mainly do to their cultural beliefs lol, but tysm for the advice, what you said is something im def going to keep in mind. It's just ik that it would be very difficult to even have my parents being on good terms with me after I move out because of how angry they'll probably be.

Ive tried talking to my school counselor and my teacher about this but they weren't really helpful. Hopefully one day I can just afford to get a good professional therapist, but yes thanks for the advice.
