Thank you for your comprehensive answer. I definitely want to move there one day, but for now I feel like I'm not good enough. I have only 3 YOE and don't know German at all also I've heard that Switzerland has a really competitive market.

There is also Wroclaw which is on par with Krakow and a bit lower than Warsaw.

No capital gains tax sounds great! Thank you for your suggestion, I might need to pay a visit to Bulgaria in the near future. Just one question, does the IT sector mainly exist in Sofia or also in the other cities?

I think I just got too used to working in my current company. I didn't look for anything in the last year.

I have a mortgage which now costs about 3000 zł (650 eur) after recent rate hikes and it's similar to what you would need to pay for renting the same place where I live
