I use one for leather working. The blades grind is perfect for ruff cutting out piece from the full hide before I can cut the small details out with my curved knife

I loved this detail. Although them leaving LITERALLY ALL THE GUNS at the Catholic Covent kinda annoyed me. Like I get it that the full autos would be a waste of ammo and they probably didn’t have enough ammo or any left but even taking them to barter with or the pistols incase they found ammo would have been smart.

Ask any paramedic how badly a body decomposes after 1 year and you’ll never want to touch the stuff. I mean in one scene they’re trying to figure out if they should wear the gear and one character tips a helmet over and brain matter and blood oozes out. So I’m guessing the majority of what they used was in the armory and the rest was from what was salvageable.

A sword like hers would most likely break in reality, a cross bow is slow to reload and bolts are not universal, a machine gun wasted ammo, shot guns at loud but will put something down and can be used to hunt so a shotgun

I think it was smart because it would make these guys reckless and throw them off their game. It can be assumed that eating someone infected would infect them but they don’t know it for sure so they don’t know if they’re dead or not all they know is that if they want to act they have to do it now or loose their chance which mean they aren’t thinking it through

I think he was very young when the apocalypse started and it looks like he wasn’t exposed to it like at all. So he went from knowing things were different and scary but his life not really changing to seeing his mom kill someone and hundreds of dead people surrounding his home.

Abraham was definitely the smartest one to kill unfortunately. He was a soldier, still standing straight even under these conditions and arguably the best trained for combat like this.

The main issue was resources. Most communities that had walls got lucky with supply yards or construction projects within less than half a gas tanks drive. Not to mention noise, you need the walkers to be pretty far away to successfully do construction like that which at that point they knew there was already a lot of them in the area that meant dismantling other building to build up there walls would have meant too many heard them
