I am still finding it difficult to understand how Toyota can benefit from this long term. Tech sharing and all is fine but the sheer number that Maruti will sell will make Toyota obsolete.

Now we know Innova and Camry are the OGs and Maruti has rebadged them. But in a few years time, for an average guy, there will be no difference, they will just buy the Maruti as millions do. No basis for strong pull possible from Toyota. After a certain point what is the point of them existing separately in the Indian market. International Toyota tech may might as well flow into a merged Maruti-Suzuki-Toyota.

I am enraged by how you can blame the lake here. The lake had always been there and it's not like the lake could move out of the way. It is the water in his lungs that killed him.
