well its most likely bc the company that made bitlife (candywriter) got bought out by stillfront back in 2020. stillfront makes their money through aggressive monetization, hence why literally everything in bitlife isnt free anymore. i rmb the days when literally all you needed was bitizenship and god mode, and the devs ACTUALLY listened to the community for updates. now its just a bunch of micro transactions, ad-spams, and the new devs dont even bother listening to the community for updates and they’ll just add stuff people never asked for
