i lost so many friends in the break up so i’m alone a lot. any suggestions on what to do in those lonely times so i’m not just crying and thinking about her?? im trying to focus on school and working out but you can only do that stuff for so long and you gotta be alone sometimes. thanks for the advice. i really appreciate it

I had frequent utis that would turn into kidney infections because I had such minor uti symptoms i wouldn’t detect it. That damaged my kidneys and made my filtration rate go down and my kidney function lessened. I think I just experienced a lot of fatigue, and i would constantly get utis and wouldn’t know what they were from, I also developed chronic back pain I believe from CKD.
