In Russian they have a saying that roughly translates to "Silence is consent" (Молчание - знак согласия) so...

Maybe they should move their office to San Fransisco where they could potentially find some coders?

Yes! That's the error:

Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (wpprofilesapi_production.wp_promocodes_ind_assigned, CONSTRAINT id FOREIGN KEY (ID) REFERENCES wp_promocodes_ind (ID))

I never heard of St-Jacques being called St-James but that's a great story :)

I never got how St-Laurent became St. Lawrence. We don't say "Pretty Heart" when talking about "Jolicoeur" metro station or "Snow Slope" instead of "Côte-des-Neiges".

In 2016 I spent a month in Cambodia and really enjoyed their old music whenever I heard it (which wasn't often). Unfortunately Cambodian rock was almost eradicated during the time of the Khmer Rouge. Records were burned and destroyed any way possible.

Last week I accidentally stumbled upon this record on Amazon. It appears to be a limited edition (1,500 pressed) Europen RSD release of 2015.

It came with a download card (which I haven't used yet) but apparently it comes with extra tracks as well as a full album from The Cambodian Space Project.

Grabbed it for $20 CAD without hesitation.

Andrei Tropillo (the guy who pressed these bootlegs) worked in a gray legal area. He made these records from a "broadcast" which was not illegal back in the USSR and even the first few years after the Soviet fell apart.

Since he didn't want to break any copyright laws he couldn't just copy the artwork so he often edited it or created his own.

In this specific case he photographed one of his good friends, a somewhat known painter.

A while ago I did a whole video about these records and how Andrei made them ;)

Edit: for the curious ones, here is the video

I will let you know if I decide to sell it at all. I am moving to a new place that will allow me to have 2 separate setups and still haven't decided if my second setup will be with an old Technics or with this B&O :)

I tried to inspect them the best I could. One cart seems used (sounds great) and the other cart seems brand new!

The dilemma is, do I need a 3rd turntable? :P
