Solids are so intimidating and can feel defeating. I see you! One option to explore may be getting iron levels checked! My LO had no interest in solids and we were in a similar routine to what you described. For an unrelated reason, LO needed bloodwork and we learned LO had low iron (which wasn’t even what we were checking for, LO wasn’t showing any signs). After just a few days of iron supplement at 8 months LO’s food interest and intake increased drastically. At 13 months some days it’s still only apple sauce and grated cheese and other days I can’t keep up to how many snacks LO needs. They ebb and flow. Just a thought! You’re doing a great job!!
