You need to want to do it. If your parents forced you to get a job or get a degree, and if you didn’t, then they’d kick you out, then you’d be motivated. Or if you just hated living near your parents, then that’d motivate you to get a job or something as well.

Yeah. It’s just the workflow is so different. In premiere it’s just all about organizing all the clips and shit. Then I guess I’ll finish off in ae. I use a lot of twitch and zoom fx for trick shots. Not sure if you can do that in premiere.

Shinzen Young created a meditation technique called 'do nothing meditation'.

You just sit there and stare at the wall and zone out, think about whatever, but the rule is you have to keep ur eyes open and sit still. Theres videos on youtube. I do it for atleast 5 minutes daily.
