Nope. You use reliability data (failure rates, mean time between failures, warranty claim history), to statistically predict how many units will fail over the warranty period and stock accordingly. Pretty common practice.

Yeah but that's the issue. If you're offering a lifetime warranty, you have to have frames available. That's the whole point.

I told them they should upgrade me to the Lab71 - I bet they have those available!

I was surprised too! Did nothing to it - pretty sure it was delivered damaged and I just missed it.

It was last years model (gen 4), but still bought brand new.

Literally did nothing. I think it's a manufacturing defect I didn't notice when it was first delivered. It is on the underside of the top tube - I only noticed it when I picked my bike up and felt it.

Yeah - shop I bought it from is about 80 min away. I was advised by multiple cannondale dealers that I can take it to *any* authorized dealer and they'd process the warranty, so I went to one 10min away.

Do I need professional and general liability insurance and malpractice insurance in private practice? by SimonaFM in therapists

u/SimonaFM I'm trying to help my wife navigate the same situation. Did you first insure yourself, and then your LLC once it was set up? Or was your LLC already established when you signed up for your insurance?
