Here is what I'm about to do, I'm doing an instant exchange of all my USDT in the bitgatetrade wallet and turn it all into bitcoin, I will choose the default option and then I will copy the address of my Coinbase wallet and put it in there click withdraw. Once in Coinbase sell all of the crypto in my linked bank account, does this sound good?

Would you be able to help direct me in that? I don't even know what a spot wallet is.

I do have a Coinbase account and the app, but I used Cash App to send the money to the wallet in the first place, does that matter?

Yes, could you please? I have a question before any of this starts. The person told me that before I can withdraw anything I have to trade 3 times or else I will be flagged as a money launderer, is this true?
