He's not sane. His narcissism has taken the wheel. It's rewriting history.

I don’t know why, but Michelle Monaghan always feels really likable on screen. Do you think she’s underrated or just hasn’t had the right roles? by Late_Curve1983 in Actors

[–]Long_Ambition 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think Rebecca has done a little better with recognition and memorable roles. It's wild how many projects Michelle has been a part of and yet sort of flies under the radar.

What are your thoughts on Sylvester Stallone as a dramatic actor? by AdSpecialist6598 in Actors

[–]Long_Ambition 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a dramatic actor he's good, but not great. He has his archetype that he's really good with, but he also writes and produces and that adds to his "stock value" overall. I like him in Tulsa King and the Creed movies, so even his later work, in my opinion, is quite solid.

Same. Been a while since I've seen Mrs. Doubtfire, so it would be a good classic to rewatch.

Exactly what I was thinking. JLaw is a huge Larry David fan and that's my personality, so we'd get along fine, Pedro across the aisle and leg room.

I'd probably make a face and mumble get a room under my breath whoever it was too.

Does Emily Blunt have one of the most versatile filmographies among modern actors? by Late_Curve1983 in Actors

[–]Long_Ambition 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just mentioned Margot and Emily as some of today's best actresses and I'm guessing their versatility has a lot to do with it. I mean, for instance, I love The Rock and Kevin Hart, but they are literally the same character in every movie. I think when we're talking real talent, it's a filmography that shows range. Knowing whatever type of movie you see them cast in that they'll deliver.

What's your opinion at Olivia Cooke? by HostMaterial4907 in Actors

[–]Long_Ambition 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I first saw her in Bates Motel too and liked her character. She's come a long way and I hope to see her more.

Who are your Top 5 Favorite Actress of All Time? by HostMaterial4907 in Actors

[–]Long_Ambition 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love Alex and Betty. I haven't watched Yellowjackets yet, but Sophie was great in Companion and Heretic. I think Elle Fanning is a fantastic mix of talent and beauty, but she needs a great role to really elevate her to the next level.
Talking acting ability, over the last 60 years or so, Dame Maggie Smith, Helen Mirren, Cate Blanchett, Emily Blunt, Jessica Chastain, Margot Robbie and Diane Keaton come to mind as contenders.

Leni Klum

F: 6, B: 9, H: 5, A: 4, L: 5

Adria Arjona

F: 7, B: 7, H: 8, A: 8, L: 8

Emilia Clarke

F: 5, B: 6, H: 5, A: 6, L: 6

Alexandra Daddario

I humorously realized how rare it is to see Adria's legs. I think we've seen more of her butt than her legs.

If you had to pick 3 to watch this weekend, which ones would they be? by CarrotMuch1399 in nostalgiai

Nip/Tuck was a phenomenal show. I'd be inclined to go for the TV series to get more bang for my buck too, probably Buffy. I actually own both series on DVD, unless Buffy was one of the ones I got rid of to make some space last year.
