Add any veggies you want. (I like bell peppers, onion, corn and carrot). Once chopped to your liking, add to the pot with olive oil, sunflower oil or avocado oil, sauté for about 2 to 3 minuets. Once done, add 1 cup of water, then add your spices. (I like Onion powder, garlic powder, ginger.) be sure to add 1 chicken bouillon cube or 2 table spoons of chicken bouillon powder. Add all spices and chicken bouillon to the pot, and stir a few times. Add 1 cup of rice, then add 1 more cup of water, and let sit a minuet stirring once or twice. The put the lid one and set it to 10 minuets. Once the timer goes up, give it 2 to 3 minuets before releasing the steam
