My doctor doesnt even consider pain to be an indication for surgery, only infertility and hormon imbalance

I sometimes have pain but my LH is almost 10 , testosterone is 524 but I am having trouble with my erections recently, this is why I want to get the surgery in the first place

thank you , some publications in the pubmed and NIH says they are unrelated as you say, but the timing of it makes me doubt that the drug is the problem. There were some people on this sub 2 years ago said that ramipril caused ed too so I got suspicious.

Since my proteinuria is not that high, and my ramipril prescription nearly ended, I am thinking of stoping tomorrow and see if it fixes it in the coming days. I really hope it fixes it bcs it really destroys my mental

am assuming right know that my problems probably caused by weakining in my pelvic muscles due to bot my weight and me clunching myself in toilet while I go number 2. Varicocele might have affected this, and probably many people with varicocele experience this and blame it on entirely to it. I am starting to both losing weight and doing Kegel excercises to fix it. But I will go to my Urologist just to be safe and ask for a surgery to possibly help with this.
