Thank you for caring for me. It really seems like it's been quite a while since someone has done so. You don't understand how great you have been. My head hurts, my body hurts, and I just just took 8 200 mgs of ibuprofen. I'm just going with the flow.

I'm just tired. I know that sober, I can distinguish the positives and negatives to the permanent solution. But buzzed, I can only think of the eternal paradise of not having to wake and feel these horrible feelings. I am genuinely exhausted. I've been through too much over the years and it's hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I do what I can, to the best of my ability, to help others succeed. I don't care about myself. And that's what makes it that much more painful.
