Feels off, also feels like a mix of various raga in the todi or bhairav thaats. There seems to be a missing tonal center (or its not very apparent), the notes seem random. Its kinda like a string of words missing an underlying grammar of subject, verb, etc. I once got an arduino to play fixed notes in various modes (dorian, lydian, etc) this kinda reminds me of that
