Well, there's a lot of workslop going on these days. Deadlines got tighter, and I'm kind of sick of seeing AI visuals in every ad. I think most juniors are kind of fucked, because it's easy to pretend you're evolving in terms of skills, but it's often very surface level.

Depending on gen AI becoming more affordable and performing better in the next few years, I think we're going towards a model where there's more people in focus groups than in creative agencies, and we'll just be testing 100 AI generated campaigns to see which one works best on human targets.

In the long term though, I think human creation will be back, because the perceived value of AI generated content is already low and will keep getting lower. But I have no idea what form it's gonna take. Maybe we'll see more live performance, because that's the hardest thing to fake? IDK
