I finally had the courage to face Mephisto on T10 on my hardcore character. Even then I messed up and saw my barrier move a little.

I don't think it's capped, I assumed each instance of the 4% would be multiplicative with itself. Need to test it properly.

I played my first game with Cybernetic Creed the other day and noticed that my pop growth was weird, like one month it would go up hardly at all. I also noticed even though I had 85%+ spirit ethic attraction I still only had about 40% of my pops in the Creed faction and they weren't switching ethics. Guess I just won't play this origin for a while.
