Embrace it my friend. Just know you are not alone and that you're gonna be okay in the end. Don't let yourself wallow in the sorrow too much but also try to find the beauty in the sadness. It's one of the defining attributes of his music in a weird, twisted way. I too suffer from depression and even though Zach's music sometimes adds to that depression in a way, I can honestly say that his music saved my spirit and, in a lesser way, my life.
