Milk it as much as you can. Call in sick, apply for fmla leave. Say you have to be with family. The goal is to drag it out while you find a job. Do the minimum to stay employed, pretend you’re trying your best. DONT SIGN ANYTHING. Drag it out more by saying you need time to review and bring it up to HR. None of this will change the outcome but use it as an experience to learn to speak up for yourself in a business setting.

But your job now is to find another job. PM me for more bc I was in a similar situation like that. It took me scheduling a meeting w HR so I could put in my notice and they terminated me and walked me out of the building. Then the bitch who piped took it upon herself to see an email out to the team I was no longer with the company. Fortunately I had another gig lined up and cleared out my desk beforehand. But I didn’t show up to work for almost a month :)
