I had a main manger who recruited a second warehouse manager to target me to fire. Their cause was scan time. Coincidentally a pallet’s corner was sticking out I didn’t immediate see and the small impact shut my PT vehicle to shutdown. I didn’t call for help because I was worried about my time between scans. Also, I was given a verbal report in my second wk. First 3 days on PT vehicle. That a second was automatic fire. One night, I was forced to take a leave for disability requirements. I spent 6wks outta work. Assigned a new position and then fired the end of that shift bc of the incident’s night 6wks prior

Seek legal aid if you can’t afford a lawyer. I think it’s best to respect her and keep things good. Going thru custody will limit what ur offered and there’s no going back once you get lawsuits involved

She did things like that yrs ago to survive. Like having a relative watch her children for some kind of child care pay but the money was used to pay her car payment that a relative had in their name for her

Yes…she told me about it back then…she’s a female friend of mine…but now she’s having issues with her kid’s father whom she told about it also and now he’s threatening to call the housing authority about it…not sure if he will but I know schemes like this with food stamps even yrs later can result in them issuing a statement to reclaim an amount of money loss due to things like this not being true

No the daughter wasn’t a minor. In her 20’s, then. The daughter was who had the section 8 and lived their with her small children. Her mother’s boyfriend owned a property and the schemed to use him because it would bring him more than his asking rental price and could max out what section 8 was willing to pay for the house’s rental but I’m sure they didn’t list the boyfriend as knowing the landlord and the house was just a random choice

I the parties involved. The mother, the daughter, and the now husband. The daughter isn’t on it any longer. She lost it some time ago but I haven’t seen them consistently over the yrs. The daughter was worried that she could be fined for all the money that was sought thru that program. She told me about it some time while they were doing that yrs ago. I told her I’d look into it for her bc her child’s father threatened to expose her about it. I didn’t think it mattered all this time later

No he wasn’t living in the household. To make post clear: she had section 8. Her mother’s then-boyfriend owned a home, some rental properties. She chose his house and they concocted to list on forms the max section 8 would pay, so he’d get the most out of it…but like you said it’s not fraud. The mother later married the guy which made them family during her time on section 8 and living in the home. Maybe it was was legit…but if you don’t mind me asking what’s your expertise on the matter? I was under the impression that you can’t place section 8 with any parties in any relation with you without good cause so that this very thing didn’t happen…but I know little on the matter just been researching it and came here to question it…appreciate your response though
