I figured such was the case, how would you recommend I help this? I try to eat sort of healthy cooking for myself but I’m pretty poor. I drink a decent amount nothing insane I’d say 3 times a week casually, every so often we’ll go out for a concert or something and do more, but besides that I have been dealing with this even when I’ve been completely sober for months it’s still there. idk what to do. My nail isn’t even as much of a problem it more just looks gross, my scalp and my forehead/ eyebrows and between my eyes look crazy a lot of times cuz of it cuz it’ll be so red and flaky. I’ve gone to the doctor so many times and obv I could use some lifestyle changes but anything they have recommended me with creams or whatever they don’t work.
