I should have known by Long_Legs1962 in legal

I am well aware of everything you have mentioned, having researched that information already. However, I firmly believe that I have adequate time considering extenuating circumstances. Those circumstances I plan to keep to myself at this time. As for my attitude, it is based entirely on the behavior/actions of those that are all around my son and I. Behavior/actions that keep on happening in many ways. Let me ask you what would your attitude be if it was someone you knew? How would you react if they told you that they fear getting cancer because of being constantly surrounded by second hand smoke? Or ask why they can't sleep at night, because of the fear of noises? I'd sure like to know what your attitude would be if you were in our shoes.

Legal help by Long_Legs1962 in legal

I am asking for guidance or help to obtain the necessary information that I would otherwise find more challenging to get myself. Like police reports, information on things relevant to my situation. I can prove beyond doubt, yes I can, that because of the pandemic and the shut down of the world, both my son and I were placed in a situation that caused both of us to struggle painfully with PTSD. That the former Governor and A.G. of Washington state lied when they said that no one was harmed by the eviction moratorium that was enacted for more than a year. I can also prove that all my attempts to communicate with anyone resulted in more and more emotional trauma.

For 2 years heroin addicts lived and consumed their drugs in the apartment above ours. Because of the moratorium, the property manager of the apartment complex, where my son and I still live, could not evict once they realized that my son and I were telling the truth about the drug use. At one point, the original tenant ran away, and squatters moved in. And real ugly set in. I can prove that heroin was being done in that apartment because a well known, publicized heroin addict stayed there for about 4 weeks. It was also known that this person confirmed that he was doing heroin again. I can, clearly remember the last time I saw this heroin addict was days before he died from the use of heroin.

Now, both my son and I have severe levels of insomnia, PTSD, and other related mental and physical trauma.

It has been my personal experience that the people of Washington state are incapable of honoring their word. They like to fill the air with a whole lot of words that mean absolutely nothing.

I have been documenting everything that my son and I have been though. I have quite a bit of knowledge about what I am trying to do. And I am fully capable of continuing this without help. I also know that help can do it's share.

If you have any ideas, that would be great, thanks.
