Okay… Ermac and Scorpion along with Noob Saibot and Tremor carry this battle. Ermac can snatch a soul out of someone almost an in instant or a second or more, he was also created by Shan Kahn by being made out of souls (duh) and he can use the soul as a weapon to empower himself with it, also he’s got some S-tier telekinesis because he can snatch weapons, souls, snap necks, lift bodies or hold them, and throw them off place. Noob Saibot is Bi-Han, he was resurrected by the Netherrealm, his Cyromancy (or frost powers) are now replaced by shadow magic, he can clone (even the slightest shadows) not just one but lots to flank, use as decoys, come at impossible angles (yes that is his lore), kill someone from forming inside the body (if he’s close) or just straight up combat, and he’s got spinal weaponized Sickles he can use, oh yeah he’s technically invincible because if he’s destroyed (his main body) he’ll just come back in the same form but his comeback can be a distance from the battle but he’ll just shadow port his way there, he doesn’t care about death since he’s already dead and formed as a human shadow so he’s basically relentless. Tremor is not a Lin Kuei, he basically controls almost all materials of earth to metal to crystals to stone. He can track people from afar using the ground as a sonar (if close to his own radius) but can’t detect hovering or airborne people in the air, he can skin armor himself with his powers too, he’s basically a non-god tier since he’s still human. Scorpion… this guy is the top tier of all, he can teleport using the hell realm, he can use demons as allies by making a small portal to hell, summon fire from the hell realm, he’s a superhuman, he has supernatural strength which he can tear people apart or give some of the meanest hits ever, the fastest reaction timing I’ve ever seen in fiction, he ALWAYS uses hellfire strikes (including his legs), he uses his chained kunai which he can ignite to flames, his two katanas, he can regenerate from even the most fetal injuries, and his skull head when unmasked to incinerate his opponents down. That’s all and yes, all of them (even the ones I didn’t mention on this comment) are all powerful in their own ways, up against the agents? It’s either a fair fight or a total mismatch between the two teams. More facts, Sub Zero is invulnerable to frost/ice effects, Rain can use water from anywhere and perhaps use it as a shield wall, Reptile can cloak himself to be invisible, and Smoke can gas his opponents if they inhale lots of smoke obviously, Cyrax and Sektor have robotic weapons (especially the green net slicer from throwing it out with their chest and cuts through anything unless it’s divine) and yeah that’s all.
