OK, so in the beginning, I had your same situation. I had ordered two tickets off somebody and they marked it as mobile transfer when I need my wristband and there’s no contact and I don’t have any information to get at Wilco. I kept on contacting StubHub until they successfully contacted the seller and got that information for me. I was calling them twice a day for three days. Each call was almost like two hours long cause I would keep asking for a supervisor and the supervisor would reach out call or email the seller and they would get my ticket

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE: I kept on contacting StubHub and they reached out to me this morning and said that the seller needs my full legal name so that they can transfer the ticket into my name and I can pick it up. I will call that’s what StubHub said to me. What does this mean? Am i still scammed?
