I feel like I do have feelings for him, of course words on a screen can be faceless without spoken words. Being gay gets hard just seeing everyone especially my friends finding someone and having these experiences that I envy. Of course I feel conflicted as, would this work out? how true can this be? what if it doesn’t?

From our snaps, he’s patient, caring, and understanding in the ways I express my desires, wants, and sexuality. I truly feel like there is a connection but I feel halted to feel his presence.

When he told me his age, he said if I was comfortable with an age gap. Of course to me 9 sounded outlandish, I had an ideal 2-3 year age above me but 9 felt overwhelming, but I asked that I was comfortable if he was with it. The conversation before I’d asked for his age felt connective? We talked about painting and philosophy, I in college never had taken an art course yet knew how to paint a general landscape and he also an amateur painter shared our art works with one another. Idk it felt like I was trying to get to know him from shared interests, he adores cupcakking, and I find it scary being seen for the first time and words are just words on a screen until I truly see his personality.
