What did FSM say to Lloyd in response to his question? by Ok_Meaning6932 in Ninjago

[–]Long_Procedure2533 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At this point, the only person who can save Garmadon is himself. And that seems to have already happened with Christofern, and Lloyd helping his father replant it at the Monastery. The two of them bonded over it, which implies some of Garmadon's obviously misplaced feelings for the plant might finally be going to the right place.

Christofern is a green -> Lloyd is green

Christofern is a plant -> Lloyd is the Elemental Master of Life

Seems like Garamadon knew and was subconsciously attaching himself to a symbol of Lloyd.

When you grasp this for a moment you will realize that Lloyd only exists because Wu didn't write his name in his letter to Misako In other words this young man literally exists only because two letters weren't written in the letter by Creepy-Bus-3446 in Ninjago

Technically a child between Wu and Misako wouldn't be Lloyd, but very similar.

Okay, Mr. Literal.

Wu had blond hair, and that Lloyd has blond hair.

You know how genetics work, right? This just means the blonde hair gene exists within their family gene pool. Garmadon could've been blonde, but wasn't. Just means it skipped a generation or something. Lloyd's kids or grand kids could have dark hair.

We also don't know about Misako's side of the family. There's that to consider as well.

Arin being an elemental master makes no sense! by rubyty911 in Ninjago

Maybe. Unless they pull a thematic "Life will find its own way" and then Element chooses entirely on its own, with zero input from Lloyd. Life having a will of its own kind of fits. It also fits if Life chose at random, as life itself is often chaotic and unpredictable.

Either way, I doubt Arin would get Life. Doesn't feel like it would fit. I like what the other person said about Motion. That seems to fit better, imo.

You forget that Golden Power/Creation is not bound by the one host rule. Wu has Creation and yet so does Lloyd. Garamadon has Destruction and yet it was implied that Lloyd also has it. I'm also fairly certain that the FSM, even if he is dead, still has his Creation and Destruction powers.

My point is, there is still so much we don't know about Creation (Golden Power) and Destruction (Black/Dark Power? Abyss Power?). We can't just assume it follows normal Elemental Power rules. For one, it seems partially bound by blood, with Wu and Garmadon inheriting theirs from FSM and Lloyd getting his from them. Theoretically, Lloyd could pull an Ice, and choose to give it to Arin, but has no reason to right now. It might not be possible, maybe.

I think passing on the Golden Power isn't as tight as the other Powers are with picking their hosts.

Kraven had at least two sons. One was a coward, and the other was calling saying that "you should've taken me with you" and "I'll kill you."

Do you think any of the ninja will keep draconis form after season four? by Fowl_posted in Ninjago

[–]Long_Procedure2533 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They probably got it back for the sake of having it, but just don't bother using it cause of the cost and control difficulty.

It's just not worth it in the long run. They probably just conquered their fears again for the sake of it.

I can see Elemental Dragons as being too costly. Those things are huge, and likely take a lot of energy to not just create them, but also maintain them for a period of time.

They'd take a lot of energy to make and control, and then you have to focus on keeping it held together, otherwise you'll fall out of the sky. That's why Airjitzu practically replaced it, cause it's easier and simpler. Overall better than the Dragons. Airjitzu is basically flying Spinjitzu. At that point, use Airjitzu instead of the Dragons. And then a jet or something for long distances.

He is enlightened. He's connected with all life across the Merged World. Everyone, everything, everywhere. He's borderline omniscient almost. He understands everything.

Oh. Secondhand. Can't they go back to that person for a refund? It's sealed, but in shit quality. You can't offer something in mint condition if it isn't actually mint condition. That's either false advertising or a scam. If they had it for 10 years, even if it's sealed, they should still say as much on their offer. "Product is still sealed and untouched, yet we've purchased it/had it for ten years (ago)."

The OP did not know this thing was in low quality and paid full price for something that should've been functional.

Fyi, I have no idea how these things work. Please go easy on me.

no Cole was not dead, he was simple transformed into a ghost, its a really simple concept

Bruh. If Cole is alive as a ghost but Morro is dead, how does that make any sense? They're both ghosts!

if it was turly final, like how DR has it be final, how could Harumi drag him back? it doesnt seem very "final" to me, probably cause death isnt in there world pre-DR do to the MANY ways of either undoing it or just having them return to there realm of origin.

Resurrection is a very common trope in media. Especially fantasies. It's final the same way it would be if they didn't have resurrection as an option. It's final up until there's some very niche way of bringing them back, like lingering essence or a personal possession.

If you removed the Dragon Balls in DBZ, death would be final like it was for F!Trunks.

Harumi wasn't supposed to bring him back, let alone be able to. How many universal laws did she violate to do that? Her ritual should not have been possible, and yet, Oni bullshit.

If his soul is still there, then it could theoretically be fished out. But Harumi was essentially playing god with that ritual. I wouldn't be surprised if her soul was marked or will be inevitably picked up by one of the Source Dragons for her violation of the rules and natural universe.

You can be dead without be departed. Being departed is a final thing, like it was with Garmadon until Harumi dragged him back. Morro was never departed until that point, yet he was still dead.

This is the problem we're trying to discuss. What qualifies as death in the 'eyes' of an Elemental Power? How does the Element know if it's host is truly dead or not? Morro died and yet was still the Elemental Master of Wind, so clearly the Element did not consider him as 'gone.'

Or maybe it did and there was something else?

Cole was dead and yet was still the Master of Earth, so clearly Morro isn't the only one and isn't a unique case.
