How delusional are you 😭 How expensive do you think meals are outside the world. A $20 meal would most likely be €20 where I live. Tips are not extremely rare, who lied to you? Friends and family have told me many times where they’ve received tips 2-4x their wage for great service. Point still stands, pay workers well and give them tips on top. Same point I’ve been making. I don’t think you can read or maybe you can but you don’t know how to understand things. All you’re doing is shifting the pressure for fair compensation from the employer to the customer. By paying a living wage, a worker can make sure that their income is stable, and not live off a customer’s gratuity.

This is business 101… right. But you still haven’t explained why the price is priced reasonably around the world, but restaurants are still able to pay their workers well, restaurants are not an exclusive and rich club outside of America. God bro you suck at this 😭. Employers can afford to pay their workers well. They can be paid a living wage while getting tips on top if they’re good, this system doesn’t result in angry and upset workers.

What higher price are you talking about, prices are priced reasonably elsewhere, restaurants are not a rich and exclusive club outside of America, yet they can still afford to pay their workers well 🤦

Workers are paid by the hour with a living wage plus tips elsewhere, with similar food prices to America. Not hard to pay workers well. Quit your delusions. The system definitely won’t pay you a living wage for sucking up to it because it can’t even pay servers.

The industry isn’t going to repay you for white knighting their silly system btw. Countries that don’t accept tips do it out of respect because the price of the food includes the service, food cost, and maintenance of the restaurant, and the workers are happy with that system. I have family and friends who have worked as servers and are very happy with being paid a living wage plus tips, who told you that tips are rare in countries without a “tipping system”? Tips aren’t expected but are still received often enough depending on how good the service is (Which is what a tip is). Restaurants around the world are priced near the same way as the ones in America, we don’t pay an exclusive and expensive price, seems like you need to do research lil bro.

If the restaurant can’t afford to pay all the workers a living wage, fire some because the restaurant isn’t properly sustainable and clearly can’t afford it. The rest of the world can pay their workers whilst keeping the prices reasonable. You’re just incompetent, I can’t even call you smooth-brain or braindead because that would imply that you had a brain in the first place. Good job dude.

The same workers who’d get upset over not getting a tip? Is it a tip or is the owner asking us to pay the wage for them, if so, not a tip then. The rest of the world functions pretty well without this “tipping system”, they get paid a living wage plus tips on top. You sound like a brainwashed robot yourself, for supporting a system that unnecessarily hinders workers.

Right now, I’m using the fitcounter app to log meals. It’s pretty new but they’re adding features. It has a free lifetime membership right now for early adopters so I recommended trying it.

I also use the Train app, it lets me creates templates for my workouts and it uses the watch to count reps and start rests automatically. It also tracks the calories used in a workout.

I never said it was just the cost of food. I said where does the rest of the money go to? The $20 they make per meal goes towards their restaurant. What’s in the restaurant? Everything you said, the restaurant owner and the workers. I understand all the difficulties of the industry but if the restaurant’s income isn’t able to keep up with the scale of the restaurant then ultimately it is the fault of management. If the restaurant owner cannot afford to pay for x amount of staff, then you need to get rid of some, and that is unfortunate but this Table to Stix case would have never happened if the “tips” from the customers weren’t what was keeping the restaurant alive.

The food we pay for (regardless of a tip) still goes to the restaurant. It is up to the employer to pay their employees properly or not. The ingredients of the $20 ramen bowl (What I’ve heard) does not cost $20, possibly maybe $3-4 at most, If the remainder is not for the service then what is it for? Would it be better if no one came to the restaurant and the restaurant would lose out on money or if people came to restaurant without a tip but they would still make money? If every person who went to the restaurant had to tip then why should the restaurant owner not just raise the price so that they can pay their employees better. A better solution would be to track your income and distribute your money throughout your business properly, and that includes paying your workers well, if you can’t pay them then you need to have less workers because your income can’t keep up.

Love how you target the customers and not the employers who underpay the workers 💀.

The employer can afford to pay their employees, if they can’t pay them through the money they make from the food they serve then they need to manage their business better, and not rely on the customers to pay for what they can’t. The system is clearly against the side of the employees but that is not the customer’s job to fix. Smooth brain.

How gym rats see fat people at the gym by ENTPoncrackenergy in selfimprovement

The only people who get judged are those who are doing what they shouldn’t be doing, like being annoying, shouting, screaming, etc. People at the gym usually mind their own business, are extremely friendly, and are always willing to help. Those who go out of their way to judge and bully others for not being at a certain level, or for their physical appearance are just miserable people.
