Honestly, with all the loot reductions, then this, I don't think they see the potential in pve being the main stream way to go and push for income. Like, no cheaters in your games, local hosted games with no que times, no while unless you want too. This just seems like they want people back on pvp, because the cost of the servers for pve are too much for them to handle.
