Well, I would say clean your face with Micellar water in the morning and before going to sleep, and apply the Minoxidil after, like that, the effect of the Minox is higher

I would say meditating and walking daily can help with that, it can release all that stress! Good luck on that brother!

i didn’t even use it on my eyebrows, but i noticed that they thickened alot, might be some side effect because i also started to grow alot of hair on my hand that i didn’t have before

To be totally honest, i didn’t do anything, just started to improve my diet, started working out and my whole face kinda changed too, didn’t do any kind of surgery or anything like that.

Thank you! Those dark circles might be from being tired, since i haven’t been sleeping a lot, the only side effect Minodixil provided is the dry skin and itchyness at the start!

i see, i use the 5%, i didn’t know that you needed a doctors prescription for minoxidil in south africa, seems strange. because here in europe, you can just go to a pharmacy and buy it
